Excellent location my only inconvenience was that the elevators are really small we were on the second floor by the time it came to our floor it was full every time and had to carry heavy suitcases down 3 floors I am 80 years old.

My friends and I had an amazing experience at the Strand Palace Hotel. Its prime location made it easy for us to access all the attractions we wanted to see. We were especially grateful for the warm welcome we received during check-in. Mary, the receptionist, truly went above and beyond. After a long tour in Europe, we arrived at the hotel early and inquired about the availability of our room so we could rest. Although our original room wasn't ready, she kindly upgraded us to a fantastic room that we absolutely loved. If I ever find myself in London again, I would definitely choose the Strand Palace Hotel without hesitation. A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to making our stay in London so enjoyable!

Lovely stay for a quick visit. Stayed here as a treat for coming to watch the nightmare before christmas with live orchestra. We were able to check in early which was really helpful. Our room sadly was smaller then i was expecting and if i was here longer i would opt for a bigger room. The darkness of the room when sleeping was amazing and i did sleep really well. The pillows are great and a token one should be given upon checkout. Only real issue...the room doors are not slow shutting so you can hear alot of banging in the morning from guests and housekeepers as well as housekeepers shouting or talking loudly to eachother...at over £350 for the night i shouldn't be hearing this. and if your there like we were for a leisure stay and not business and do want to get up early..it might be an idea to request a higher floor if possible.

Stayed here when I had a broken leg and found the staff very kind, generally went out of their way to help me where they could. Nice vibe in the downstairs area where the restaurant is, generally the room was very nice.

Muhammed the the porter was great. He wasn’t over the top and always polite and helpful. The hotel was lovely. My only criticism was the space around the toilet in the room. I’m a big guy but hardly anything out of the ordinary and my shoulders were touching wall to wall. Other than that it was perfect and would definitely stay again.
