As I mentioned on another stay there, I think the floor in the rooms I stayed in (during my stays there) need a bit of TLC. They look old and dingy and well-worn, are getting grey, so it give the impression the room is not clean… Also it would be nice to get some tissues or cottons in the bathroom. This time around there was no cream in the bathroom either. Those are little things that goes a long way… We had a big room with sitting room and the bed is extremely confortable, the sofa bed is lumpy (we did not use the bed part of it). But the location is excellent, the staff very nice, the breakfast pretty good.

We had a verry nice stay. The breakfast is simple, coffee shop style, it is not a continental breakfast, most of the items are sweet pastries. If you come a little later, most of the items will be gone, since there are no refills.

Only a 12 minute walk from the South Kensington tub line. The shopping and pubs in the area are excellent. The staff are very friendly and there are many of them. The breakfast is free and delicious

Would stay here again. The rooms were nice and the location was good. Great price. The toilet definitely was a bit difficult to flush from time to time — I’m not sure what was wrong with it — but otherwise the room was nice and just what we needed.

The location is perfect. The rooms are a little tired ie the wooden floors and the sleeper sofa than we did not use for sleeping but to sit was uncomfortable. The staff was really nice and very helpful in particular a man name Andreas who checked us in and during our stay. The included breakfast is really good if you get there before it is all gone. Some days during our stay and way before the end of the specified time for breakfast there was no more pastries or bread or orange for the juice. So that was a bit disappointing. All in all I would stay there again as it is a very convenient location for me.

We really liked this place. The staff were great. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The neighbourhood was lovely. The room was very comfortable. It was very convenient - we could get to anyplace we needed to go. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Such an easy walk from the tube, situated on a lovely street and a nice neighbourhood to wander around. Room was extremely clean and spacious with 2 windows looking out over the street. Soft sheets, comfy bed and air con is always a plus. Breakfast had a nice selection of pastries, toast, meats and cheese, yoghurts, fruit which was perfect in the conservatory area. Overall friendly staff and a perfect stopover treat for work.

Perfect Pad to Explore London
Perfect spot in Chelsea to explore London. Quick walk to the tube, lots of food and drink options around, even a pretty easy walk to the center of the city. The place was immaculate and clean, the bed was big and comfortable. One of the best stays I've had in London, hands down.

The hotel is in a fantastic neighborhood within walking distance of some major attractions and the underground station. The breakfast was small but good, so just enough to get you started for the day exploring London. I really liked and the rooms were keyless, and were opened with a code, so you has one less thing to remember when leaving. The room was nice and modern. The only minuses were that there was some dust on the surfaces, and voices from next door rooms can be heard through the walls. Overall a very nice stay in London!

Great stay and free breakfast
We love our stay at Sonder! The room was huge and lovely! Breakfast was free with good choices of bakes, ham, cheese and freshly squeezed orange! Would be good if they can list down the allergen better. Free filtered water available which was great. Love the location too as it was convenient to get by many places as bus stop and metro stations are within walking distance. We walked to musuems too! Totally recommend this place!
