Beautiful modern hotel and great location just minutes away from St Paul station. The breakfast options were excellent. I also was very impressed by the way the duty manager quickly and efficiently addressed my concerns. He was very polite and provided an excellent customer service. Well done and thank you.

The property is impeccably kept. Rooms are immaculate. Staff was very helpful. Quick walk to the District Line Underground via Blackfriars. The bells of St Paul's Cathedral was a bonus.

Really handy location for our London city break. Main areas of hotel were nice although room itself in particular the bathroom would benefit from a refresh. Shower leaked and flooded bathroom floor each time it was used and the temperature varied a lot with poor water pressure. We found the lady on reception at check in to be very nice however distinctly average interactions with all other staff throughout the rest of our stay.

Couldn't fault the hotel at all. Everything within walking distance. Hotels facilities and amenities were excellent, staff polite and friendly. Room was brilliant and we had an excellent stay. Highly recommend and will be back!

The bar inside the hotel is pleasing to the eye and the sight above from the glass elevator is lovely. Our room did not come with a view and our window view was another room across the bridge.
