"Conveniently located hotel near Kings Cross Station. Room basic but clean and has everything I needed (iron, hairdryer). Enjoyed the fresh coffee in the room, too. Loved that my bathroom had a bath - felt like an extra luxury!"

"Great location Room slightly dated and bit tacky but clean and comfortable. Shower water pressure was soo bad and water was either burning hot or freezing cold so had to use bath. When checking in last on front desk was very rude and unhelpful. "

Nice shower and amenities. Kitchenette would be great for a longer stay. The TV remote control was filthy (crusty edges, greasy buttons and dust between the buttons), so I’m glad I brought cleaning wipes. I also found a disgusting, albeit small, stain on the headboard. "Great location, good value for money, large rooms, extras such as snacks, soda, and tea and coffee. Breakfast was good quality and tasty. Comfortable beds and good night sleep."

"I really enjoyed the stay this time with the exception of the elevators. There are three elevators but two of them were out of order for the entire three days of my stay. On the last day, all three elevators were out of order. I had to walk up to 4th floor which is not a big deal, but some people had to carry their luggage up and down the stairs which was dangerous."
