"A lovely old fashioned hotel. No lift which did cause a challenge but we managed in the end. Tiwi in reception was fantastic, answered all my questions and helped organize a car to see some of Lombok. Alvira was great with her friendly attitude at breakfast. Thank you ladies. The area around the hotel is very dirty and this is the only negative as it spoils the Hotel ."

"We highly recommend a stay at Lombok Lodge if you enjoy peace, good food and exemplary service. The suites are stunning and extremely well designed looking out to sea. The staff are so friendly but not overbearing - infact faultless! The only negative is their pricing for drinks and extras is on the steep side (eg £200 for 2 airport transfer cars when the local taxi company charged £40 for a spacious new mini bus). "
