「Schöne und zweckmässig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung.Ruhige Wohnlage im Grünen nahe Seepromenade.In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen schönen Golfplatz.In der Hotelanlage in welcher die Ferienwohnung liegt gibt es ein Hallenbad und Wellnessbereich zur freien Mitbenutzung. Badehose mitnehmen.Bis Ascona Hafenpromenade sind es ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 30 Minuten zu Fuss. Wir werden bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt ein Fahrrad mieten.Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unserem kleinen Hund sehr genossen...

「The penthouse terrace makes this place. The view is stunning, Lago Maggiore simply beautiful. We had a great time at Residenza Vivian. Locarno Center was just a few minutes walk. The apartment had everything needed and communication with the host was seamless. We really enjoyed our time. Thank you.」

「Wir habe 5 sehr schöne Tage in Ascona verbracht. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, es fehlt an nichts, das Schwimmbad ist ein Highlight! Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Allerding hätten wir ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge: Hilfreich wäre eine kleine Bedienungsanleitung für den Fernseher, wir haben es nach dem Prinzip "try and error" schlussendlich geschafft...Die Nachttischlampe sollte ersetzt werden, das kein Lampenschirm vorhanden und die nackte Glühbirne nicht sehr charmant ist. Auch die Spiegelleuchte...

「Wir waren mit Freunden für 4 Nächte in dem Häuschen untergebracht und waren alle begeistert. Das Haus ist sehr schön dekoriert, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wenn etwas nicht vorhanden ist kann alles in Locarno (10km bergab) gekauft werden. Ascona ist auch eine sehenswerte Stadt die man unbedingt besuchen muss, wenn man dort ist. Am "Hausberg" gibt es tolle Wanderwege die zu wunderschönen Aussichtsplattformen führen (im Haus gibt es Wander-/Fahrradkarten). Wir wussten einmal...

「The apartment is comfortable and the staff was very insistent that the place be cleaned very well before we stay there. Location is good, near the lake. There is no AC but a large fan was provided which was nice.」

Our room was of sufficient size and amenities, just did not look nearly as nice and was not very clean (there was gum on the wall as you entered). Also, the wifi was too weak to use. 「We were two couples and loved that it has two bathrooms, comfortable beds, air conditioning, washer and dryer, and beautiful views of Lake Maggiore. Grocery stores are close as well as the Grand Piazza. We were lucky to be there for the outdoor music festival called Moon and Stars. Great food, and people. Not alot of English speaking people, but our phone translator worked great. We fell in love with Locarno and this condo.」
