"Comfy beds, nice balconies, very quick walk to the beach. All of the staff, but esp housekeeping staff, were kind and friendly. I didn’t realize it’s street parking only. We were able to find a spot relatively close even though it was in August. Very hot and stuffy in the gym so just worked out on the balcony with my resistance bands. "

"We loved our stay at the hotel! We struggled to find a place to park so ended up paying for onsite parking which was totally worth it! The staff was incredible- from the front desk to the handy man everyone helped us!! The only Minor inconvenience was the AC in one of our rooms didn’t work parts of the time, but we still enjoyed our stay and hope to be back to Mallorca as soon as possible, it’s an incredible island! "

"All was good. Very friendly people. Hotel's restaurant is very spacious with very quick and efficient staff. Food was as expected. Hotel holds 4 stars, but would say it is 3 star plus. The reason is bathroom is out of date, WiFi speed is bad plus you have to pay for it. There is 1h free per day but it is useless. In my opinion if you sell Internet, make sure it has no issues. All in all was satisfying "

"The apartment was clean and had everything to self cater. Air conditioning was good. Most staff were friendly. The pool looked quite tired but we went to the beach most days so it was ok. Location is right in the town centre close to shops and restaurants. The hotel overbooked and we were put into an alternative hotel for 1 night which did spoil our first impressions.
