"The room was nice & clean & check in was easy. GPS doesn’t take you to actual location ( down the street) . Housekeeping did not come on my second day to freshen the room. I also booked this resort because it had a restaurant but it was not open either night for dinner so I had to drive to town."

"So that I don’t forget, this place has heated bathroom floors in the rooms! Though the Ha Hotel in Mostar, Bosnia/Herzegovena would appear to be a budget hotel, the rooms are very comfortable and the service is exceptional. We needed to have laundry done even though we weee there only one day. The front desk arranged for us to receive same day service and had it back before we needed to check out!
