Disliked: Room comfort
Bad experience in Liverpool.
Check-in instructions were difficult, had to request information several times. Once inside, the sofabed was broken. There were two of us, and I planned to sleep on the sofabed. I ended up booking a different hotel room nearby. Hotels.com argued with us and finally gave us a small compensation for our inconvenience but not enough to cover another room. Not a good experience. Terrible PR by the company.

This place is a mess, no one should book, its attached to three major night clubs, play loud music all night, guys are bringing girls to hotel, in the middle of night loud bang on doors by drunk people with girls. no family should book this place..I left and requested for refund whivh they refused.
