"We traveled with our 10 year old son, and a couple friends of us. We booked a Suite for us, and our friends had a Suite too. This is such a beautiful hotel within a small town, surrounded by nature. Our son loved the animals encounter, and the car raising there. The food was so incredible fresh and delicious. We loved their local noodles soup with pork skins... it is something that we will miss. Also, their fruits were all amazing, especially their sweet passion fruits... The staff at this hotel was so welcoming and kind, that we will miss them too. THANK YOU!!"

Without being cold or pretentious, the hotel is elegant, inviting and intimate with noticeable attention to detail paid at every turn. Perched high on the bank of the Li River fantastic mountain views make for a magical and impactful sense of place and memorable outdoor dining. An easy 20 minute walk that winds peacefully along the river, down the narrow country road, will take you directly to the boat landing and all of the action of bustling West St. If you don't feel like walking, there is a hotel shuttle, or you can get a taxi for less than $5."

"Amazing doesn’t even get you half way! This is an incredible hidden gem in Guilin. Nestled in the middle of the botanical gardens, this hotel is perfect! 10 stars! The staff is warm and welcoming and incredibly friendly and helpful, even for the non-Chinese speaking guests. The staff went above and beyond at every turn. This is a must stay if you get the chance. The rooms are huge the bed and pillows incredibly comfortable. I haven’t slept this well in years. The included breakfast was delicious, they have a pool and a pool table, table tennis and a billiards table as well. Laundry machines which are free for guests. They have it all."
