A few more tid-bits...  :)
1.  Trained service animals are welcome!  Otherwise, we have a strict "no pets" policy.  We can help arrange lodging for your pets (as long as they are up to date on shot records which must be provided) at a local boarding facility during your stay, if you'd like; just give us a call...way in advance as they fill up fast!

2.  The house, like 99% of all lake homes on Lake Gaston, uses a septic system.  This system is a finely balanced biological system.  Please help us keep it working flawlessly by flushing ONLY toilet paper.  Renters are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.

3.  Bow-Riders and deep draft Wake Board boats need to check their Hummingbirds to ensure adequate depth in all coves.  Pontoons should have no issues and everyone is welcome to tie off at the dock with rental boats (make sure to bring your bumpers!).

4.  Culverts & Bridges:  Be sure to lower your bimini top when going under bridges or through culverts.  Appearances can be deceiving!

5. Security Camera Disclosure:  We take your privacy very seriously.  However, this home may be monitored by exterior security cameras.  The cameras do not record sound.  Please let us know if this is an issue with your party for any reason.

Great Family Get Together Spot
We came for our family to get together and this was a great place! There was plenty of room for everyone, lots of bed and bathrooms so there was plenty of room for 13 of us. The kitchen is large and well equipped, the living area holds plenty of people. The staircase is also a great spot for a large family photo! There's plenty of outdoor space also, lots of deck space for corn hole and ladder ball which was provided. The dock was a great place for swimming too. Overall, we enjoyed every inch of this lake house and the house and grounds accommodated all the needs for a large family gathering. I highly recommend this property!

Fun place to stay
Beautiful property and well equipped kitchen and water “toys”. We found mouse droppings upon arrival but management came right over to clean and disinfect.

Getting away with family!
I searched for quite a while to find a location near to my brother and his family, who own a property at Lake Gaston for many years. Our families are large so it required 2nd and 3rd dwellings to accommodate. Everyone arrived with the same "Wow" response to this beautiful property. We would certainly be open to returning next year! Thanks.
