"Perfect, affordable stay for me, my friend and my pup. The fenced-in yard was key which allowed me to go to our friend’s wedding without hiring a dogsitter. Basement apartment was tastefully updated with a lot of extras… coffee, hot drinks and snack’s complementary! We enjoyed our stay very much and Katherine was a great host! 5 stars!"

"The location was wonderful and the home was perfect to accommodate 11 people. There were some things that did not work, the coffee maker is very confusing to use and slow, the air conditioning on the main floor did not work and the griddle and one burner on the range did not work. It also would have been nice to have wash cloths and more bath towels. But, a very lovely home and the property manager we dealt with was very helpful and quick response to my questions. "
