Living/dining room: Freeview TV, DVD Player, CD Player
Kitchen: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine
Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed
Bedroom 2: Single (3ft) Bed
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Night storage heaters (£10per week October-May), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi (£9per week per device, £15per week for 3 devices) included. Travel cot and highchair. Lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. Tennis court (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: Unfenced stream in grounds. Fishing lake 300 yards.. This detached bungalow has been furnished to provide a comfortable holiday home, set in a rural location. The property has patio doors leading directly out to a patio, with a stream running close by and easy walking access. Set on the owners’ site, Rosecraddoc Holiday Village, which is situated in a quiet wooded valley, and has access to a fishing lake (licence required, at cost). Ideally located to visit many gardens such as the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Trebah Gardens, and the Eden Project. There are many historic houses close by including Llanhydrock, Cotehele and Anthony House. Visit the north coast villages of Boscastle, Port Isaac and Padstow. Horse riding nearby. Shop 2 miles, restaurant 500 yards.
