"The gite is lovely and oozes character - it's a special place. The pool is fantastic and there are plenty of loungers to be in the sun or shade. The BBQ area is great, as is the outside eating area. "Welcoming hosts, lovely gite, very clean. All relevant facilities in the kitchen and bathroom are available. It is a very quiet and peaceful area, perfect if you want to get away from it all. For those who can't live without their phone, there is WiFi, and three TVs! We loved the animals around, rabbits, free range turkeys, horse (not to be eaten!). The hosts are very friendly. "We only stayed one night. Very helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable and quiet. A self-service laundry is available on the ground floor. We were surprised to find that the machines (one washer, one dryer) were controlled by a smartphone app. It actually worked quite well, notifying us when the load was done. "

Once we received our entry code, understood parking, and realized we had to push REALLY hard to open the room door after entering code (I felt like I was breaking in), it is truly a lovely space. Be prepared to walk up additional stairs if on 3rd level, as the lift only serves to 2nd floor.
