「Friendly helpful staff who spoke good English when my French failed me; excellent breakfast.」

「The building is superbly placed in one of the Grand Places, and opposite the Christmas Market. Secondary glazing means that it is very quiet inside, but is located perfectly. Enormous breakfast was served, room was airy. Fabulous bars and restaurants (try L'Epicurien).」

「Les chambres sont confortables (surtout le lit) et correctement équipées. Toute fois la déco peut ne pas plaire à toute le monte : mobilier noir, moquette noire, fresque au plafond. L'accès se fait sans difficulté via un code fourni le jour du début du séjour. L'escalier intérieur au pavillon est un peu raide, à déconseiller aux personnes qui ont des difficultés de mobilité.」

「Le Château - Fresnoy en Gohelle was a dream experience. The owner clearly loves this home and takes pride in sharing with others. It was like we had our own home all to ourselves. The ground were stunning, decorations incredible, breakfast was wonderful, and the owner treated us with kindness and respect. This was one of best experiences while on our 12 day France vacation.」

「Charmerende og skøn B&B, med det sødeste par som værter. Du finder ikke bedre morgenmad noget steder og det serveres enten i den elegante spisestue eller i den hyggelige og rolige gårdhave. Som noget helt særligt, er det meste hjemmelavet af gode råvarer, og du føler dig nærmeste kongelig, med de smukke serveringer. Værelset er meget rummeligt og i flot stand. Vi var der i august, da det var varmt, så aircondition havde været rart, men der er stille i gaden om natten, så man kan godt have...
