"Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, but the hotel is out of the way, a bit, from the tourist areas (although the tram line is very convenient and runs all the time) and a tiny bit "sketchy" (homeless guy sleeping in the vestibule that I had to pass every time I left or returned...). But, there's a nice fruit and vegetable market on Wednesdays right around the corner too. BTW, the beds are HARD !"

"The hotel was perfectly located for our needs, a five night stay to get to know Nice and go to Monte Carlo for the tennis tournament by train. All staff were welcoming and helpful, bar one (feedback was given to management), the petit dejeuner was good value. The room was compact but we travel light! Good bathroom and facilities. "Our room was very small and initially had a little smell. Staff didn't change the towels or bedding or gave us toiletires until we asked for them. After that our room was sparkling clean, looking and smelling good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is located just a throw stone away from the Nice Ville train station and near the tram and buses. It is very convenient and nice boutique hotel, but you have to ask them to take good care of your room."
