"Super helpful and friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Really conviennent for thé local trains and busses and the Tour de Mont Blanc. Luggage transfers were not a problem from here. Must mention the amazing quality of the food at the restaurant, we were so impressed. "

"The hotel and staff were great however when we stayed it was exstremly warm 31 deg C. The rooms do not have air con and the only thing we could do was open the window whichthen meant our room would settle at 31 deg C. As it was cooler on the night we left the window open but we got a lot of noise from the train station. All in all yes we would stay there again as the staff were great and hotel spotless."

"For a basic hotel, very good. No AC (but they never said there was, so that's OK). What I liked is that it was very quiet outside our room, so having the windows open on a hot night wasn't a problem. And in contrast to many hotels, while they had a duvet on the bed, they also provided a very light blanket, so it wasn't an all or nothing covering situation. And they had extra pillows. "This is a true Swiss lodge at nearly the top of nowhere. The staff is friendly but it helps to have a little German or French. Be sure you specify exactly what you want in a room..like a shower AND toilet, or you may be sharing. You need to be fit enough to walk up to 4 flights with all your stuff. "Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed – we felt so comfortable throughout our stay.
