"Reception staff were adequate and not as friendly and welcoming as other places. Restaurant manager and waiter plus the barmen Liam and Abdul were great and especially the Irish chef in the restaurant, he was just fantastic. Carpets in the hallway and rooms need to be replaced and it is oils feel more like a 4 star. "

"Nice hotel, about 10 mins out of town by taxi. You can take the tram and walk to the Grand Place quite easily. Breakfast had a wide choice, but the cooked breakfast tended to be a bit on the cold side. Some lovely restaurants nearby within walking distance. I would go back there."

"I can't praise the hotel highly enough! It looked and felt amazing yet the warmth of the staff made the stay feel absolutely relaxed and welcoming! "Me and my wife stayed in this Hotel with great pleasure, the Hotel even upgraded my standard room to a bigger room with fridge which was really good for my drinks to keep cold. Overall it was a nice Hotel, Friendly Staff, good light breakfast, clean room, and walking distance to shops and groceries. I will recommend Beverly Hills Hotel."
