Problems with uncleaned apartment.
We arrived last night on Saturday. On Sunday morning, after looking around we realized that the place was not cleaned at all and most probably for a long period of time. There was dirt all over the floor. All window drapes had dust and dirt on them. I had to clear it myself on our first day there. Owner promised to return the cleaning payment but that did not happen for strange claim that we did not clean up the place ourselves. Except for an old vacuum cleaner and a couple of wipes there was no tools for cleaning. We did as much as possible with paper towels that I had to purchase myself. We washed all the dishes and wiped as much as we could. Considering we pay the cleaning fees and travel with two little kids it was a substatial effort already.
The neighbors on the first morning also threatened us with police for the noise during our move in. That sensitivity has to be noted in the ad for the apartment. We did not run any loud music and did play indoors but the kids will be naturally loud after half a day long trip.
The last big item was a terrible, often dead WiFi connection. It was never fixed during our week long stay at the apartment.
We do not recommend the place.
