"Staff were great. Loved the nightly entertainment. Disappointed to be sent a dozen emails saying I could purchase an upgrade, but I couldn’t get a free upgrade for my gold status (no reason given). "Close to shopping and walking distance to the beach. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. We got a small deck thats looking over the garden and it’s really nice and cozy. Rooms are kept clean and beautiful pool area. Breakfast is great. Good selection and the staff are friendly and helpful. We will stay here again. "
