"Friendly helpful staff especially at reception - the gentleman who checked me in spoke excellent English, while the lady who checked me out directed me helpfully to the tramstop from which I could get a ticket to the station. Nice big room with separate lounge area and en-suite bathroom. The small balcony outside was a nice touch. Breakfast was good value, being a buffet with a wide selection. Only downsides were a little noise from the nearby railway track (but it did not bother me - windows...

"Lovely Hotel. Sadly, we had a room from 3 adults shared . Entrance to our room facility was back outside and around the other side of the hotel which has a bit of a back alley feel to it( compared to the main entrance); Never felt part of the Hotel as there was no internal access . Room and space was excellent inside though, which was such a shame. Our room was also on the ground level where the window ledge attracted empty drink bottles from only god knows who…so couldn’t have a window open....
