"Accommodations are rather basic at this facility; that said, the property was clean, safe, and in a quiet residential neighborhood. Check in was easy, even after some issues with our flights. They do speak English. The bed was comfortable, but storage was lacking. There is heat, but no air conditioning. A fan was provided which was highly effective in October temperatures. They do have a small elevator. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, and two groceries. There are also two...

"A delightful stay! The neighborhood is full of color, food, shops, cafés. We ate at the flat several times having picked up treats during the day. The quaint and cozy patio made for a restful spot to take our meals. Inside, this fairly typical French flat is very comfortable. Everything you need to eat onsite. Spotless! And our host, Vénie, checked in on us several times, making sure we had what we needed which we did. Totally recommend for about 1-4 people. "

"Looking for a spot to stay in Paris? Have you looked at a million spots and feel overwhelmed? Stop looking and stay here. It’s the best. 5 minute walk to the metro. 8 minute walk to luggage storage 2 second walk to walks and bistros. There are literally crepe cafes on each side of the front door. Unit was clean. The bed was so comfy. Ground floor so no lugging your bags. Host was quick to respond to emails and questions. I hope I can come and stay here again some day. 10/10 recommend "
