Welcome to Abenteuer Haus! A beautiful and spacious two bedroom condominium that is only a short walk to downtown Leavenworth. While staying here, guests have easy access to the dining, entertainment, hiking and festivities of our beloved Bavarian mountain town; with a stylish and comfortable home base to come back to.

This condo offers two spacious bedrooms with two separate bathrooms that can comfortably accommodate four guests. In addition, guests will enjoy a full (completely stocked) kitchen, and a comfy living room with a lovely fireplace. Also, enjoy the quant outdoor patio, equipped with a bbq and outdoor seating.

In addition to all the delicious dining and sightseeing that downtown Leavenworth has to offer, Abenteuer Haus is walking distance to the community pool, tennis courts, lions club park, library, farmers market, and Wenatchee river access. If you have kids with you and would like to get them out, Enchantment park and Blackbird island park are fun (close by) options as well.

Having a car is convenient but not necessary. Guests can enjoy a 15 minute walk to dining, shops and even the Wenatchee river from this comfy condo. The Leavenworth train station is about a 10 minute drive and could be a good option for those who don’t mind a taxi ride. Also look into the Leavenworth shuttle service for another option to get to town over Stevens pass!

Well equipped, perfect location

Updated and beautiful lodging!
Great location close to downtown Leavenworth; lodging was super clean and beautifully appointed. Owners are very responsive to questions and easy to reach. Really wonderful getaway; hope we can return one day!

What a great first family vacation!
We showed up and the host had already given us our access code. The house was clean and also very nice inside! We really enjoyed our stay! It’s plenty close to downtown and the parking isn’t to crazy.

Great overnight for skiing
Booked as an overnight to be able to ski two days at Stevens Pass. Great location for that and to be able to walk into Leavenworth for a great dinner. The apartment was wonderfully clean and stocked. We would definitely stay with this host again in the future!

Updated, comfortable, clean condo. Close to town (just a bit too far to walk, in my opinion), but still, close. Four adults stayed comfortably in two king beds. Although in a condo complex, it was very quiet and the grounds were maintained. Had a very safe feel and it was easy to check in. We would stay here again.

Great AC for a summer stay; quiet location.
4 stars out of 5 due to communication. We were told we'd receive check-in info on our day of arrrval. After a slow journey. We stopped downtown for refreshments and contacyed the owners. Check in time was 4 pm, but it was after 4 when they told us the property was ready for an "early" check-in. While the place had great location, AC, and kitchen, we also weren't told to use the door lock code to lock up when leaving. We figured this out ourselves, but would have felt terrible if we hadn't!

I had a reservation for 2 nights in Nov. checking the weather daily. The day before a winter storm warning was issued & advised not to travel. The day of departure My area experienced a “Bomb” cyclone with winds 60-80 MPH. The area I was traveling to an area that had blizzard conditions-the Mt. Pass was closed. I purchased insurance but don’t cover weather conditions. I requested some sort of refund but have never heard back from owners. I’m disappointed with their response & refund limitations. I was packed and ready to go but couldn’t. This just doesn’t feel right.

Our trip to Leavenworth
We had a wonderful stay. The condo was walking distance to Leavenworth and It was quiet, clean and easy to find. There is construction in the area, so you can't get to the condo off US 2 while we were there. To drive it, you have to go about 6mi out of your way, but it was an easy drive.. We were perfectly fine walking the distance. We will be back..

A comfortable and quiet place
The property was very neat and clean. The owner was very good about communicating. With a couple of days of unseasonably warm weather, the owner reached out and offered to provide air conditioning if desired. It is not too long of a walk downtown if that is your destination, but downtown isn't right out your front door either. For two co-workers in town to attend a conference it worked out great!

We arrived during a snowstorm. The condo is close to downtown and has plenty of room for 4 adults This is not against the property. VRBO changed their policy and does not refund your deposit for 144 days after the stay. This seems very extreme and this property had a very high deposit.

Nice condo
Nice condo for a few days with two couples. The condo was clean and comfortable. Only the master bedroom had AC in it and it was in the 90's when we were visiting so we tried to keep the bedroom door open to try to cool the entire place. At night it was cool enough to open a window and cool the other bedroom down. A little less than a mile walk to the main downtown restaurants. We stayed in Leavenworth to hike Colchuck lake and visit wineries and kayak on Lake Chelan and it was the perfect location for us.

Great place but
This condo was an overall great choice for the four of us. There is a huge but in here, please be aware that if you stay here in the summer, there is no air conditioning! They have one window unit in the back bedroom that does not cool off the rest of the house! It is probably not the best place to pick during the 90 to 100° weather that we experienced!

I wasnt happy about the response time from the owner. Also didnt get in until 15 minutes after check in time. Also cleaning people came knocking at the door 5 minutes before our check out time. Really for the money paid for 19 hours and getting in late and being rushed out was very poor customer service.

Frustrating
The code we were given only had 5 digits and we were told you had to have 6...we checked with with VRBO and they gave us another code which did not work, We had a hard time but finally got in touch with the property manager who had us use the 5 digit code and it worked... but we lost a lot of time and were very frustrated before we solved the code problem...once inside we loved it.

Lovely Condo
Nicely updated condo not too far from Front Street restaurants and shops in Leavenworth. Condo was comfortable and clean. Host was quick to respond to questions. Description indicates AC and like other reviews reported, there is a portable AC unit in the main bedroom only. We did find a Dyson table fan in the hall closet, which was helpful in the living room area. Between the two, we were comfortable. Two things to note with this condo - they do provide liquid handsoap, shampoo & contioner, however they do not provide body soap of any kind. They also do not provide Kleenex. Doesn't take away from a postive review, just something for guests to know ahead of time so you come prepared. Thank you, Jaclyn for sharing your beautiful condo!
