「La maison est spacieuse mais très mal entretenue et pas très propre .Les portes et fenêtres ferment mal, le petit électroménager est vétuste, les ustensiles de ménage comme les balais, sont en mauvais etat) Le lave vaisselle est trop petit et il manque un égouttoir à vaisselle. Sinon la localisation est bonne pour visiter la Charente. Le jardin est agréable.」

「The house and location were ideal as we had small children and at times group get togethers with family in the area. On the plus side, both the interior and the outdoor areas are spacious, with lots of different places to be. The house was very clean, the bedding was good, and in addition to a downstairs WC, the two upstairs bathrooms were great, one with a tub and the other had a fantastic shower. Le propriétaire sait se rendre disponible en cas de question, il est très réactif. Pour le ménage, c'était correct mais pas très affiné. Not far to the coast and an hour drive from La Rochelle and Bordeaux with lots of beautiful Vineyards to visit in between, and a 10 minute drive to Saintes with lots of restaurants and bars, as well as good shopping. Brilliant and welcoming hosts with cute dogs, will miss breakfast and coffee by the pool in the mornings.」

Le confort de quatre sanitaires ( WC/douches/coin d'eau) est très appréciable pour un grand groupe . La maison dispose d un grand jardin avec une piscine bien agréable ; elle était un peu fraîche mais nous avions aussi la possibilité de téléphoner aux propriétaires pour le mode d emploi du chauffage de la piscine. .Adresse que nous n'hésiterons pas à recommander !!」

「Nous avons eu un problème d'ouverture de porte. Nous avons appelé la personne de l'accueil qui a réussi à l'ouvrir au bout d'un certain temps mais nous a proposé une autre chambre. Cette dernière a été très difficile à ouvrir, de nouveau. La responsable de l'accueil nous a dit que ce problème était déjà arrivé !!! Il faudrait y remédier. 」
