Amazing home, great amenities and overall just felt like home. Travel to the strip is 10minutes. Hoover Dam is 20 miles and the airport is 5 miles away! Very convenient location, would highly recommend this home!

Middle class neighborhood. Remodeled home. A/C was fair as some bedrooms were very hot (but it was 110 outside). Pool is very small but was refreshing. Game room and ping pong table were great. Kitchen was great. Roomy home. Close to strip.

Amazing time
Had a bachelor group of about 9 staying at this property. It was a good space for us to do what we needed to do in the time that we had in Vegas. Home is very spacious, very clean and the pool was better than anticipated. Owner responds very quickly and is always available for your needs. There’s about 7 beds, two couches and a roll-out bed in the closet, so there was ample room for everyone. This was a great experience and I highly recommend a stay here!

The description of the house was less than accurate. We chose this house because of the pool and activities available for our grandson. Pool is above ground and in need of repair not the what was advertised. The owner needs to invest in better bedding also.

Moms and U15s soccer Vegas style
This place was perfect for us! 4 ladies over 40 with our U15 sons/god sons. Great soccer and able to relax fairly close to all of the fields while still being able to enjoy a show and some great dining on the Strip. We do recommend! Even had a game night at the poker table that was super fun!

Very nice home
My family and I recently stayed in this home and it was super fun. My kids enjoyed playing with the ping pong table, the basket ball hoop and the football table. The grown ups enjoyed the blackjack table while the kids entertained themselves. We did not get to enjoy the pool as the weather was hotter than we were used to but we will definitely stay in this home again. The host was very attentive and checked in to see if we needed anything while we were there. Overall, I rate it a 5 star since my kids especially requested to rent the same place when we return to Vegas. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your super clean cozy home.

5 stars hospitality and 5 stars home 😍😍 we had such a great experience! Large house with everything we needed. Huge pool and large back yard for the kids to play. The game room is insaneeeee it was fantastic! New ACs provided the perfect home temperature! Odelya was amazing and so communicative! Location close to everything and only minutes from the strip! Great neiborhood as well! We will definitely come visit again!! Thank you so much!

The house was nice inside, the area was okay. But there was an awful smell in the house that just wouldn't go away. I tried candles and room spray and still it didn't help.

Nice place and worked for what we needed
Note: any issues we had on this property, the management of the property did a great job of addressing them. Pros: - Nice size place - Felt cizy - Plenty of cool amenities and entertainment - Comfortable beds - Easy to use - Great communication with management Cons: - Far from the Strip - Neighbors were loud all hours of the night - We had to wash all sheets and towels upon arrival because they were not cleaned - Driveway had broken glass all over along with screws and other material - Kitchen utensils were SUPER dull, recommend getting a sharpener or new knives for cutting - No large pans for cooking - Swimming pool was oversold in listing. Much smaller in person when listing makes it look like it's large. - AC has major issue if the temperature gets above 100 degrees. We were here during the hottest time of the year in Vegas and the house couldn't cool down below 78 degrees. Once the sun went down and if the temps were below 100, it was much better. - Room next to front door gets the most sun during the day and was unbearable even with AC on when temps were above 100 degrees. Overall, the house worked for what we needed it for and it was comfortable for the most part besides the hot days. We were just disappointed that the pool wasn't really usable and the sheets and towels smelled bad when we first started making up the beds and taking showers. This was all reported to the contact and she did whatever she could to help make amends or rectify the situation.

Pictures are deceiving
1. We understand Vegas is hot. However the house never cooled below 82 degrees, the bedrooms were even hotter than that. There were no fans at all in the entire house. You could SEE the outside through all doors….that sure lets a lot of heat in. 2. The pool is NOT a pool. It was a dipping pool. Not ok to be unclear when advertising for families. It was also dirty and only 3/4 full of water. So…you could dip your feet in I guess? Again ended paying for hotel to take kids to the pool we expected. 3. Front yard was atrocious and you had to hike through it to get in house. It looked like a house no one cared about from outside. Agreed inside was ok but given how HOT and miserable the house was it was not ok. We ended up paying for a hotel part of time due to complete misery from heat. 4. Backyard was not taken care off. Children went out back to play and there were “stickers” and overgrowth ruining their fun. 5. Roaches were seen in house. 6. Usually when you arrive all beds made and towels in each bathroom. There were unmade beds and we had to search for towels to have hand towels in bathroom. 7. The neighborhood was extremely questionable and the host did not share address ahead of booking. Lesson learned if they won’t give you general locale in ad, skip it! 8. The kids liked the ping pong table. 9. Nice that there was laundry detergent and shampoo. Those last two are the only positives I can say. We felt like this was not as advertised and will not stay her again and will not use Vrbo again. Also, while my understanding (maybe I’m confused) was professionally cleaned, hence the high cleaning charge passed to us, it was clear a professional did not clean or prep house for our stay. We have stayed at others and you can totally tell difference.

The host was very pleasant to deal with and the check-in process was easy! The house was very spacious. The only disappointing thing was the inaccuracy of the listing about the pool, quite worn down and shallow. Sleeping arrangements were fine and distance to the strip was good!

The title is not accurate. No where near 5 stars.
I rented because of the “5 star pool” and the pictures looked good. The problem is the pool is a joke. An old above the ground pool with an old feeble deck around it. The basketball game did not work, the snacks in the vending machine expired in 2020. Even the deck of cards for the blackjack table had 50 cards. Disappointing because didn’t live up to the VRBO description.
