"Overall had a great stay. Pros: - good breakfast - good downstairs area - Location - bathrooms in family suit was good size - friendly staff Cons - rooms are bit cramped for family (family suit) but assume this may be the case for most hotels near they city - rooms were not cleaned regularly - some days they were attended to some days not ( not sure what the hotel policy for cleaning rooms was)"

"The only negative thing I would say is the dinning. We tried to have lunch and waited for 15 minutes and we were asked if we had a reservation. We did not . They kept telling us to wait. Waiting 15 minutes with two children is horrible so we just left. "

"The nearby neighborhood was beautiful. The service was amazing; there was breakfast every morning and bread left out during the evening. I will rate it 4-stars overall due to the hours the front desk is open. As a tourist, it's hard to check-in at 3pm (local time) while carrying all of your bags and no staff to answer phones. A member from the custodial team was able to help me with my luggage. So I am thankful for that. "

"The hotel itself was outstanding, but the location was not good enough. There are few bus services and even fewer on weekends. I took a uber from Grub station. However, on the last day when I was waiting for a bus to the station, the staff lady told me there was no bus on the day and took me to the station. Danke!"

"Decent hotel by the airport but outside of Munich. Biggest complaint is the internet/wifi was horrible and wasn’t connecting. When I went down to the front desk to ask for help, the woman was extremely rude and dismissive. She said that because the hotel was fully booked, that’s probably why the internet wasn’t working and I would have to deal with it. When the Internet did finally work, they have strict parental controls on the WiFi. I was trying to watch YouTube podcast and then tried Netflix...

"Avarage quality hotel. For the similar price you can find much better hotel in the area, even across the street. In addition, at the end I had an unpleasant surprise, because their card reader did not work and I had to go to ATM for cash. So it’s better to be prepared for such a situation. "

"Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was beautifully presented with a great choice of cereals, fruit salad, meats, cheeses, eggs/tomatoes with mozzarella etc, cakes … a veritable feast. Bathroom toiletries were really good even for sensitive skin. Towels could have been nicer, but overall a lovely and quiet place to stay, with short walk to main line station and Rick’s Cafe where there are amazing staff and drinks! Would highly recommend and definitely go back."

"Very clean, close to S bahn, and bus stops! Very close to a beautiful palace, very nice neighborhood. Only downside was no A/C in a very hot time of year, but they did provide a fan which was very much needed! Would highly recommend! "

"Modern hotel, intermediate size near to the U6 station. Easy to get to old-town Munich and Hauptbahnhof on the U-bahn. Good value for money, reception area and "breakfast" area are tiny and 100% full in mornings. Not much else in area except similar hotels and businesses. A ride to the next stop outbound to Garching itself gives more options. Good value for money if you can navigate public transit. "
