Everything you would need is located in the home and outside for a fun trip. You are within walking distance to a bar and grill also. Located just outside the city of Hayward. I contacted Matthew to notify him that his housekeeping crew would not need to clean the cabin after my presumed stay and he was kind enough to refund the cleaning fee from my rental. The room was small but cozy, however calling it a condominium was a stretch of the imagination. It is a basic motel room with a dorm fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Convenient but not conducive for staying more than one or two nights at most. I would stay again, but only for a short period - not a week again. "
