"Love the apartment, the proximity to the campus, shopping mall, sports complex, food courts etc... all the amenities and supplies were provided. I just wished i had been informed well in advance on the steps to follow in order to access the property. This had costs me a night payment for nothing, and had to pay extra to spend the night in another hotel. But overall, it is a lovely place to stay... it just feels like home away from home. We both felt safe living in this property and we didnt experience any theft.Transport was not a problem and we liked how the property had air conditioning. It was too humid for us. "If you are happy smelling sewer methane vent outside your lounge window then stay here. Kitchen has gas stove, take your matches, fly spray for mosquitoes , toaster does not work,cleanliness was 2/10, shocked to see my toilet pan with someone else's remains there, which tells me it was not cleaned. Towel rail fell off and benches looked as not cleaned. Driveway is extremely steep, and moss covered, if you fall, you will scrape yourself and clearly get seriously hurt-no railing to hold onto. "Beautiful house, but was not kept very clean. House full of bugs and insects. Couch and beds infested with bedbugs. It was my first time back in 26 yrs with my family. We got bitten so many times,it was a nightmare 😫 . We came back with marks all over our body. We told the host. All she said was sorry. They need to burn all their beds and furniture and clean the house from top to bottom. "

" Property is up on the hill with very bad drive way. The driveway damaged our new car. The rooms and toilets were not clean and had bad odor. Bad odor coming from refrigerators. Loud music coming from nearby houses till 3 am and dogs barking on the street all night. Only positive was the security guard at the property who was super helpful and watched our car all night which we had to park on the street due to bad drive way. "

"Overall hotel was good but as it is mentioned for easy parking, unfortunate there is no hotel parking available. Have to park on the street and the stairs going under the next road. And it is unsafe to park there as there has been a lot of theft reported for the hotel guest vehicles. Car parking should be improved for the tourist & guest for their safety. "
