"There was a huge New Year's Eve party with a band playing until the early AM hours one floor below our room. The property never mentioned this when booking of when checking in. When I asked to have just that one night refunded, the property refused and said it was my fault. They should have asked to be moved to another building in the middle of the night. "We booked this for the good price and it ended up being a wonderful surprise. The kids area and the pool and Spa and rabbits and guinea pigs were all awesome. The room was tiny but comfortable and there was everything we needed. The breakfast was fantastic. We decided to eat dinner there too and it was seriously so so good. I would definitely come here again. Also it was quiet even though it was full and had plenty of kids! "
