"Excellent property in a great location. The parking recommendations were not helpful without better instruction. It was difficult to find this property on a rainy Saturday evening during the holidays (many pedestrians and closed roads) and better instructions on how to unload our belongings prior to parking in the nearby lot would have been helpful. Otherwise, excellent place and would definitely recommend. "

"My flight arrived a few hours before check-in, so i asked if we could come early, and i was allowed to with no hesitation. From that moment until checkout, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable with complimentary tea and coffee and snack, which is something you usually dont get especially in smaller hotels. I can not say enough good thinhs about this hotel, and will definitely choose it again. "

"Every single staff person was incredibly nice and helpful, and helped to make our trip even better. We were there for Carnaval, and were excited to see Bonhomme made an appearance for breakfast one morning! Rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom design is a little funky, but we had a lovely stay with our toddler and would stay again. "

Chateau Frontenac just around the corner Breakfast at a cost of $15 was good, they had crêpes, cereal, croissants, etc. Free coffee and tea, 24 hours. Our room faced the boardwalk and the river.
