Spacious villa with private swimming pool, located in a quiet area, 1 km from the center of the picturesque village of Carvoeiro.
The ground floor of the villa has a large living room with doors opening onto the terrace and swimming pool. Spacious kitchen with all necessary facilities, bedroom, bathroom and laundry room.

Fantastic Holiday
Everything was a 5. Location, walked to Carvoeiro every day but rented a car for the other close by towns/ small cities. The size of the property and the home were both large. Appreciated the amenities such as the stove / oven, refrigerator, washer, dishwasher. Owner was incredible. The pool was sooo clean and a real attraction. Swam everyday. Utilized the BBQ, it was very clean, lots of quality outdoor furniture and was utilized. Our group was very pleased that we selected this location for our holiday. Thank You

Spacious Home
Central location, close to hiking, beaches and great food. The host is very kind and responsive, if you have questions or need anything her and her husband are just a phone call away. The description online is accurate, the only surprise was the host lives on site in another home just across the large driveway. They are in no way intrusive or do you feel like you don't have privacy. Both homes have fences around their own backyards, we were just surprise that they lived on site. It would not stop us from renting the home again, they were wonderful host's and the house was great!!

The property was very nice with everything we needed to entertain grandchildren …a swimming pool. It was a short walk to the town of Carvoeiro with beaches and tours to the Bengali Caves. We had a wonderful time exploring.

This beautiful house was just as advertised. Our group of 7 (three grown children and two of their spouses) had plenty of room and privacy. We enjoyed the pool and the quiet area. The host was easy to communicate with and the check in process was a breeze. The area is beautiful and there are many easy places to eat and walk the cliffs and shop in town. We hope to be back one day!

Amazing place and location
Carvoeiro is a great location. Lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. We walked most nights into the centre but Uber was also cheap and easy to use. The board walk was easily accessible and filled with incredible views, we love walking so this was a great experience. The villa was spacious with all you would need. Pool was a great size. Hosts were fantastic greeting us on arrival and departure. Would book again.

Perfect location and spacious home
Our family had a great stay here in Carvoeiro. The home is spacious and has a lovely patio area around the pool. The location is a perfect jumping off point to see nearby beaches and the town. The hosts are available and attendant. We had a wonderful meal at Mama Mia and enjoyed the our stay very much. We will definitely book here again!

Beautiful property
Lovely owners of the property. Made us feel so welcome. The house is spacious and modern and just perfect! Great central location on the coast. We did not have a car and walked or used Uber everywhere. Uber is readily available and inexpensive. The Algarve is hilly. There is a lot to do and see in the area. We enjoyed a boat trip to Bengali cane and other caves, we had dinner in Laos, and hired a private guide from Get a local who brought us everywhere. Beds and showers are great. Everything very clean and bright. We highly recommend this property.

Wonderful hosts that became friends
This was such a pleasant stay, Ari and Paula are wonderful hosts and more importantly wonderful people who in such a short amount of time became friends of family. The villa has amazing conditions, very clean, wonderful views and close to many restaurants and beaches. I would also recommend Mamma Mia restaurant. I would highly recommend this villa to friends and family. When i go back to the Algarve i will surely look to stay here again. Paula thank you so much for your hospitality.

Absolutely perfect experience
From start to finish our experience with Paula was first rate. Quick communication whenever I asked a question in the build up to swift responses to a couple of requests during our stay. The villa was exactly as pictured and described, the new addition of air con was welcome after a couple of days for a very reasonable rate and would highly recommend when it’s in the 30s Location wise everything is really close and there are Ubers always readily available, the heart of Carvoeiro is just a 5 minute ride. It is walkable but was too steep/hot for our party Would gladly return tomorrow

Fantastic!
We just finished our month long stay at this beautiful, spacious villa. The wonderful hosts, Arie and Paula greeted us upon our arrival and were always available for any questions. This villa was very well equipped inside and out and so spacious with wonderful hot water pressure for showers each morning for 6 adults. The outside patio and pool were the highlight for us. Always wonderful to come back from touring around to spend cooling time in the large clean pool and patio. The villa was walking distance to the town of Carvoeiro. We also enjoyed evening scenic cliff walks minutes away and were able to walk to a cluster of wonderful outside restaurants and bars. We cannot recommend this beautiful villa enough. Thank Arie and Paula!!

Wonderful villa and location
The villa is gorgeous - spotlessly clean and well equipped. There were 8 of us and we had loads of room to spread out. It is situated in a quiet, luxury, residential area and the pool was a huge hit with our two granddaughters. The glorious weather helped. It was a bit of a hike to the town and its two beautiful beaches with a couple of fairly steep hills but well worth the effort. Carvoeiro is a lovely town but quite small. We stayed over Easter so it wasn't too crowded but it might be an issue in peak season. Some beautiful walks along the cliffs and some very nice restaurants. Highly recommend Levels and Mama Mias. We didn't bother to hire a car for the duration of the trip instead we just used Uber for day trips and visits to the large out of town supermarket and it worked really well. The nearby town of Sives is definitely worth a look.

Best VRBO rental!
We couldn’t have asked for anything better. Paula and Arie are excellent hosts and very friendly. The house was spotless; beds are comfortable; lots of water pressure in the shower; comfortable outdoor furniture. We certainly enjoyed our Welcome Basket. There was just the 2 of us, so more house than we needed. The weather was warmer than expected (but not warm enough to swim) but we enjoyed sitting around the pool any time we weren’t out exploring. Paula and Arie, we enjoyed meeting your friends at brunch. We look forward to you coming to Canada for a visit and for sure will reach out the next time we are in the Algarve. Everything about our 10 day stay at this beautiful villa was fabulous. We were a party of 7 on holiday for a mixture of golf and relaxation. There was ample space for all of us with good sized rooms, comfy beds and three walk in showers. The location was peaceful with any easy walk into town. The hosts were so friendly and generous and made us all feel comfortable as soon as we arrived. Excellent stay, we will be back.

Lovely Villa
Villa was spacious and very clean, with all the facilities we needed. Outside was great with large pool and nice barbecue area. Location is a 15 minute walk to town, bit hilly but plentiful Ubers if you don't fancy the walk back! Hosts were friendly and helpful.
