"The property was wonderful, very clean and well stocked with everything we needed.The house itself is stunning, located in a quiet neighborhood, and the views of the marsh were beautiful.Linda and Jay (the property managers) were immediately responsive to all of our questions and addressed the minor issues very quickly.We’d love to stay here again and trust this property management group for our future vacation needs."

"Our month stay was delightful. Tucked away in the pines in a less trafficked, quiet location, the treetop house had everything one could need for a pleasant stay. The modernized kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The bed was comfortable with more than sufficient linens and towels. It was a short walk or bike ride to Harbor Town, and there was plenty of pickle ball to be had at South Beach. Many great restaurants on the island. We highly recommend this house and this area."

"My wife, son and I enjoyed our time in this quiet home. Plenty of room to meet our needs. Just over a block from the ocean.Adequate instructions for entry and facility usage.Would rent this location again."

"Amazing property that worked beautifully for our family of several children and adults. Great location in a nice neighborhood. Pool and spa were well maintained and were a great size. Host responded quickly to heat issues with the pool and spa on the same day the issues were reported. The only recommendation for improvement would be to increase the pots and pans and working utensils in the kitchen. Other than that, it was perfect for our family! "

"We have been coming to HHI since 2011 for our family vacation & everyone was in agreement that this was the best ever. The house is so spacious & beautiful; everyone had plenty of room without feeling crowed. We loved being steps away from the beach & when it was too windy at the beach we came back and enjoyed the pool. Being within walking distance to Coligny is also an advantage. "
