"the room was nothing special. It had no fridge and the bathroom space was small. The staff was absolutely wonderful! They kept the property feeling safe. They were attentive to your needs whether it was opening a door or giving directions and suggestions. Walgreens was 2 doors down and there were many amazing restaurants within a few block. Because of the staff and great location I would definitely stay there again. "

"I was stuck on an elevator for almost 30min and I was never told what sort of compensation or complimentary or anything honestly after the incident. That just asked for our room number. Luckily there were not a ton a drunk people on it or anyone that was unbearable. There were teenagers on there alone and luckily I had someone on the outside who was w that child’s parent who could let them know how they were handling the situation. "

The location is perfect for a week walking and exploring the Quarter. Close to amazing restaurants and shopping, do not skip the roof top pool! It is heated and the view is incredible. "We were there with 2 other friends for the EPIC snowstorm 2 weeks ago. The staff was great for our entire stay. While a lot of places were closed, they remained open. The kitchen wasn't open but they did cook some breakfast food for the guests. Monroe was excellent! We had a fantastic time and will be back when the weather is a bit warmer."

"The property was quiet and everyone was nice. Bed was comfort and had plenty of towels. TV reception was not good and only got a couple of channels. The room did not have any water pressure so the water just trickled. We notified the security guard when we arrived late and he called maintenance but it was never fixed. The security guard was very helpful in checking in after hours. They have a shuttle for a few to the French Quarter but we took Lyft’s instead which worked great. Would stay...
