"House was terrible to find. Map the host sent us was unreadable. If we had typed in 'caravan lagorce' in our GPS we shoupdn't have had any problem. But that was our only bad remark: everything else was great."

"This villa is in a quiet corner of the village of Lavilledieu, yet is convenient for all the Ardeche has to offer. All the rooms are on one floor, and in particular include a large conservatory which opens fully into a small patio which is ideal for eating out. The hosts are very friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. In fact my son was lent a bike to explore part of the countryside at no cost! The pool is also very inviting."

The house is equipped for a holiday stay (no bath towels but hand & tea towels + bath mats provided - don't know if this is a French thing). Both showers are large and powerful. There was always plenty of hot water . TV is French terrestrial but there is fast internet so we watched Netflix and Sky with no difficulty by streaming through laptop to the TV. "The house was beautifully clean and well equipped. Rafael, the host, was very helpful. The area is lovely with lots to do and you could easily walk into Labeaume in 15 minutes where the river is beautiful and there are good restaurants."
