"This is what I would describe as an efficiency hotel. That being said the staff is friendly and went above and beyond during our stay. Facilities were clean and very close to the mall and many restaurants. You absolutely cannot beat the price for the area. At times it was a little loud with the traffic near the mall but I would absolutely stay here again. For any amenities missing the staff and on site restaurant make up for it. "

"Rooms are large but a bit weathered. Can use some upgrades. They don’t give you hand towels. You have to ask for them. Air conditioner in room is noisy. Sink was leaking. Reported it but it was not addressed. Grounds are nice. Pool is large. Beach area was dirty. They need to keep it clean. They need more trash bins around the property. "

" I had a great stay at this hotel! The service was top-notch, with welcoming and impeccable staff. The only recommendation I’d have is to stay on the 2nd floor, as the ground floor had a bit of an issue with bugs since its close to the meadow as the name suggests. Additionally, the Wi-Fi and water system could use some upgrades, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. "I want to be fair. this is a budget hotel. The main issue was the excessive street noise. we checked in and within 10 minutes checked out. If all you want is a bed with little expectation to sleep then this will work "

"The place is nice and quiet and very clean. The house itself is very unique in style considering it's an old house. The staff are accomodating, helpful and friendly. The only problem is the parking space, its like first in, last out or the other driver has to move his car if you're at the back and need to come out ahead of them. Otherwise, all in all, the place is ok."

"It’s been a while since I stayed in this hotel but I still vividly remember how beautiful my experience there was. The view is incredible and since the hotel is by the beach, you can expect the sight of a vibrant and romantic sunset. The pool was pretty big and they had a clear kayak like those in Boracay which was also fun to get around and take pictures with. "I give this place an overall 5 stars because of their price point. They aren't like other hotels that claim they are a 4 or 5 star then you arrive to find otherwise. They state they are a 2 star hotel right away. The sheets were clean but threadbare. The mattress was super firm and comfortable. They had an awesome pool that is maximum 5' ish and there is a basic waterslide that was fun for the kids but it is concrete not as safe as North American standard. The breakfast was good and standard Filipino -log style. Nescafe 3 in 1 for coffee. No coffee in the rooms. Met some nice fellow guests. Has a decent hangout area by the pool. Just remember I gave them 5 stars because they claim they are a 2 star hotel so my expectations were lower and I was very happy."
