In the top of the square of Cala Gavetta port, in a holiday resort. Charming penthouse in very peaceful and airy, fully renovated and newly furnished with taste as you can see from the photos made in January 2012. Located in a small building of six apartments recently built.

So composed:
-Stay With led tv SAT, a sofa bed and bathroom, kitchen with a small table.
-Terrace With sea views and a possibility of total closure, with table, chairs, sofas and armchairs, you can see all the islands of the archipelago.
-double Room with led tv, bathroom and balcony.
-Double Two beds and two beds retractable drawer with access to the terrace.
-garage Double.

ARRIVAL: Saturday 12.00 pm (unless otherwise agreed)
DEPARTURE: Saturday after 10.00 am (unless otherwise agreed)

In the period from September to March it is possible to arrive on any day of the week.
With regular lease for seasonal dwellings from San Mars Construction S. rl:

A deposit of 30% must be paid at time of booking and the final balance of the amount due must be paid immediately at the time of taking possession of Attica.

It 'expected a small content security deposit.

NB included: linen, gas, electricity, water and cleaning of arrival and departure.

Mooi appartement met prachtig uitzicht op La Maddalena en de zee
We hebben een hele mooie week gehad in La Maddalena. We hebben genoten van jullie appartement met prachtig uitzicht op zee en de stad. In de morgen heerlijk genieten van een kop koffie op het balkon en dan de boten al weer zien gaan. Een echte aanrader. Voor het uitzicht moet je wel een klimmetje maken, maar is prima te doen. Vanaf het appartement kun je binnen 10 minuten lopend in het centrum zijn. De auto heeft de hele week in de garage gestaan en hebben met de fiets het eiland en de stranden bezocht. Bedankt voor de mooie week.

Vacanza nell'azzurro più azzurro
La vacanza è stata bella un pò troppo condizionata dal meteo, bella perché avevamo scelto una casa molto bella, la veranda con vista spettacolare sul mare è stata dura da lasciare, bella perché pur avendo viaggiato molto il mare più straordinario l'abbiamo trovato alla Maddalena. Anche quel mare è stato difficile da lasciare. Ciao Maddalena, complimenti per lo spettacolo che ci hai permesso di condividere. Uno stesso identico grazie lo dobbiamo al proprietario della casa che ci ha dato la possibilità di vivere questa vacanza tramite la sua casa.

Superbe appartement et environnement
Un appartement tres coquet, d une propreté impeccable, avec un balcon et une vue extraordinaire + clim pour de bonnes vacances. Grande gentillesse, discretion et disponibilité de nos hôtes qui nous ont attendu jusqu'à minuit et demi pour nous accueillir (probleme d avion). Un grand merci. Super emplacement pour decouvrir la maddalena, caprera et tout l archipel.

Meravigliosa e rilassante
Per chi vuole soggiornare in posto tranquillo ma comunque vicino al centro è perfetto. La vista dal balcone è spettacolare. È dotata di tutti i confort, le camere sono molto comode e ventilate e le persone che la gestiscono sono disponibili, gentili ed efficienti. Grazie per la bellissima vacanza.

splendida vista
bellissima la posizione dell'attico con una vista mozzafiato su tutto l'arcipelago e soprattutto sull'isola di santo stefano....molto comodi i due bagni ampio il box..molto soddisfatti anche per la cura della sig.ra Tina nel tenere i rapporti diretti col cliente...due le volte che abbiamo tarscorso la vacanza e ci sara' sicuramente la terza...grazie

Tutto meraviglioso!
Abbiamo soggiornato da Luciano per 11giorni con i nostri due cagnolini! La casa è bellissima, dotata di tutti i confort (anche il box) ed è in una zona molto silenziosa. Perfetta per il relax! Il centro si trova a 10 minuti a piedi così come quasi tutte le spiagge più belle dell’isola (10 minuti in macchina). Grazie anche alla sig. Tina che ci ha accolto meravigliosamente! :) Speriamo di tornare presto!

Overall whilst the property provides a fabulous view of the town it needs a little attention
The property is situated just outside of the main town up a very steep road. It offers a great view from the Terrace however it could do with some updating and maintenance to fix a few of the facilities (for example the air conditioning was not working and the kitchen blind broke when we were being shown around having just arrived plus the main door lock isn't great and really needs changing). The list of facilities is a little misleading as it suggests a beach location plus boat and canoe which clearly aren't included. We arrived on a very hot day and had expected a few basic essentials such as bottled water and loo roll but again whilst listed as being provided, neither were so you need to take a few essentials to start with. The accommodation suggests it sleeps 8 but I'd suggest it's a maximum of 4 plus a baby. Bedding and towels are provided plus there's plenty of plates and cooking utensils. Overall we loved our time in La Maddalena and once we got to grips with the buses and how to generally get around, everything felt very easy. If you have a car then the property would be much easier to get to however if you're walking then prepare for a rather steep walk which I guess is a good way to wear off the pasta and pizza! Overall the property was fine I guess we expected a higher standard based on the price. The island won't disappoint you and the town provides a great selection of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. A lovely town.

SPLENDIDO
ATTICO A LA MADDALENA - 1054826 - Siamo una coppia di Roma ed abbiamo soggiornato dal 7 agosto per 2 settimane in questo splendido attico con una vista mozzafiato sull'isola de La Maddalena. L' appartamento è pulito e molto curato, completo di tutti i comfort. I proprietari sono molto gentili, pazienti e disponibili a qualsiasi chiarimento, prima e dopo la prenotazione. La Sig.ra Tina, loro custode e persona anche lei di grande gentilezza, vi metterà subito a vs. agio alla consegna delle chiavi. Insomma da consigliare se volete godere di una vacanza in piena tranquillità e con l'aggiunta di un panorama spettacolare da godere durante un aperitivo o una cenetta estiva. Perfetto per coppie e famiglie. Grazie ancora ai proprietari per la serietà e cortesia. A presto speriamo!

Fantastisch uitzicht.
Het is een prima appartement erg schoon en met een fantastisch uitzicht over het plaatsje La Maddalena, de haven, de zee en zicht op Sardinië. Het appartement ligt hoog, dus het wandelen naar het centrum en weer terug is een uitdaging maar wel te doen. Het ontbrak ons alleen aan WiFi in het appartement, voor dit geld en anno 2016 vind ik dat wel een must. In de buurt prima gegeten bij Osteria da Zione aan de Via Cairoli 113 en ontzettend aardig personeel. Het eiland is een plaatje met geweldige stranden om te zwemmen en te snorkelen. Het wonen midden tussen de Italianen is erg leuk, leuker dan in een resort met alleen vakantiegangers. Het adembenemende uitzicht is elke keer weer anders, je ziet steeds weer iets nieuws een soort 'live TV' de echte TV hebben wij dus ook niet aan gehad. Een echte aanrader dit appartement op het mooie eiland La Maddalena.

Che vista indimenticabile!
L'appartamento è molto confortevole, super accessoriato e non lontano dal centro del paese. La spettacolare vista dalla veranda è, però, il valore aggiunto per romantici aperitivi o cene in compagnia. Completano il ricordo di una bellissima vacanza la gentilezza del proprietario e la grande disponibilità della Sig.ra Tina sul posto.

Vacanza meravigliosa
L'attico è molto bello, consono alle foto e alle descrizioni, pulito e ben funzionante. Il suo punto di forza è sicuramente la terrazza con panorama mozzafiato sulle isole dell'arcipelago...quando la mattina si aprono gli scuri, non si può fare a meno di sospirare dalla bellezza del panorama! E cenare con la luce del sole che tramonta...cosa dire...sono momenti di intenso piacere! ci torneremo! p.s.grazie alla sig. Tina che ha curato l'appartamento prima del nostro arrivo! Emanuela

Spaceous apartement with a terrific view
Everything was well organized by Signor Luciano. We had great help to be guided to the apartement. The apartement was quiet, spaceous and well equiped with everything we needed for our stay. Beds were good, bathrooms very clean. The highlight for us was the huge terrace with very comfortable lounge furniture and a beautiful view over La Maddalena on the seaside. I cant immagine that could have found a better place on La Maddalena.

Ottima vacanza a La Maddalena
L'appartamento è molto bello e ben arredato, corredato di tutto quanto può servire, biancheria compresa. Il punto forte è la terrazza con splendida vista sul paese e sul mare. È piacevolissimo mangiarvi o starvi a leggere e di tanto in tanto alzare lo sguardo sul panorama. Noi siamo incappati in una settimana di maestrale e, grazie alle tende di chiusura trasparenti, non abbiamo perso nemmeno un minuto di vista straordinaria. Il Padrone di casa è una persona gentilissima con cui abbiamo da subito preso contatto e che ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie. Siamo stati accolti al porto da una sua incaricata che ci ha portato a destinazione. La Maddalena è poi un'isola affascinante, specie in questo periodo tranquillo. Giudizio complessivo assolutamente positivo.

A great apartment with a fabulous terrace
The view from the terrace made it for us. Sitting at the table for our meals watching the boats and ferries was amazing. The apartment was clean and comfortable and great to have two bathrooms. A large fridge freezer in the kitchen with complimentary wine, water and fruit was a nice touch. A quiet location with a ten minute walk to the bustle of the town centre. The description and pictures shown are accurate but you have to see the view to appreciate it. There is a large garage, but it is a tight squeeze to manoeuvre a large car into it. We had a Ford Focus. Being fitness fanatics, we joined Cross Fitness gym (speak to Alberto). A brilliant gym 5-6 minutes down the hill from the apartment. A morning run to the Island of Caprera, about three miles away, will set you up for the day. Go early, it is too hot to run after 08:00. Elena boat trip around the islands is recommended. There are loos onboard too which were very clean. Lots of beaches to choose from with lovely turquoise waters, watch out for jellyfish though. Great holiday on La Maddalena and a great apartment.
