"We had our daughter help with booking on her VRBO account and she said the process was very easy! The place is so well kept and has a "homey" feeling to it, the property manager was readily available, easily a phone call or a text away! Cloudcroft has always been a favorite spot of ours and this stay was one of our better ones after 40 years of marriage!! I would suggest this place to anyone who asks about it! Can't wait to go back!"

"My girlfriend and I couldn't be happier with our stay in this charming, rustic mountain cabin nestled on a hillside in the gorgeous pine forests of the Sacramento Mountains. The layout and amenities of the cabin were so cozy, and the location was a major plus, providing a plethora of activity options being 10 minutes from Cloudcroft, 45 minutes from Alamogordo/White Sands, an hour from Ruidoso, and a 60 second walk from a fantastic hiking trail- Chippeway Spur. "We had an amazing time! Our children are ages 7 to 22 and they all enjoyed it! There was something fun for everyone. The cabin is beautiful and covered all our needs. The communication with the owners was fast and thorough. We did have an issue trying to leave during the winter storm and Amber was quick to help and respond. I’d recommend a vehicle with 4WD bc once the winter storm hit, my SUV was dead in the water trying to make it up and down the inclines. The location couldn’t have been...

"Vacationed here during Christmas while visiting our son at Holloman AFB. Location was perfect! Away from town, but close enough to get out and grab necessities. Owner was very communicative, before and after our stay. Our only issues were, with no dishwasher, there weren’t any dishcloths or sponges for dishes. Also, cleaning crew did not leave enough towels for the amount of ppl and number of days we stayed. Overall, I’d definitely return! "
