French doors open to the amazing backyard from here too …so you can also get a sweeping view of all the delights the resort-like backyard offers, including an ocean view!
To the left of the foyer is a formal dining room for 10 that also has a view of the backyard. There is a queen bedroom, a half bath, and a laundry room in the hallway before you get to the kitchen.
A large great room - with easy outdoor access - has a den area with a large flat screen TV and a huge, cozy sectional where everyone can gather. It is next to a beautiful state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen; with all the amenities you need to satisfy your culinary desires and Viking appliances. Just add the food and have fun. There is also an informal dining area that seats 6, and easy outside access here too.
The king master suite has a fireplace, an intimate seating nook, a flat screen TV, and a double walk-in closet. Its beautiful ensuite bath has a large soaking tub and a large walk-in shower. There are also 3 secondary king bedrooms with ensuite baths on this wing.
On a 2nd wing off the game room - with foosball, billiards table and wet bar - there are 2 bedrooms with ensuite baths. There is a twin over double bunk room and an additional queen loft. Lastly, there is one additional queen bedroom just off the kitchen with its own ensuite bath. This 8-bedroom home comfortably sleeps 17 in beds. There is also an additional queen sofa sleeper so this home sleeps 19 in total.

There are several beaches surrounding La Jolla, some excellent for swimming and sunbathing, and others have beautiful cliffs to walk around.
