Welcome to this AMAZING NEW in 2022 4500 ft2 LAKEHOUSE featuring 9 bedrooms, 9 ½ bathrooms, golf cart April through November, and 2-story dock in the most secluded cove on Norris Lake. Seas the Day has an incredible view of Norris Lake from the popular Lakeside Estates gated community next to the Cedar Creek Jumping Bridge. This home is perfect for everyone – families spending quality time together, friends getting away from the hustle and bustle of life, and team building for businesses.
The top floor boasts vaulted ceilings over a relaxing living room, dining area and well-equipped kitchen, including a 5-burner stove, double oven, microwave, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and an oversized granite island, along with two king master suites. Snuggle up next to the double-sided fireplace in the living room or on the deck for a relaxing evening.
The quiet middle floor includes two more king master suites, two family bedrooms with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds and adjoining bathrooms, laundry facilities, and a soothing living area with couches and a tv.
The bottom floor sports two bunkrooms with four beds and a bathroom each, a queen bedroom suite, and a large game room with a 65” TV area, shuffleboard, ping pong and a wet bar. Watch your favorite team while winning one of the many games.
If that’s not enough, each floor walks out to a 500 ft2 covered deck to enjoy amazing views of the lake and mountains, a hot tub on the bottom floor, a double-sided fireplace and extra-large grill on the top floor. The back yard is made for entertaining with a firepit and cornhole area. The 2-story dock with slide includes tables and chairs to relax or have a meal and sits at the midway point of the one-mile-long gentle cove-perfect for family swimming, floating, kayaking and paddleboarding.

Family Vacation
We had a wondrrful family vacation. The house is very nice and beautiful. Our favorite place to hang out was the spacious deck on the first floor. The water pressure in the bathroom showers were slow and the only other issue we had was the location of the dock was a little deceiving. Overall it was a great vacation! .

We absolutely loved Seas The Day! The house was perfect for our large family. Our adult kids and our grandkids joined us - spacious, well equipped, BEAUTIFUL! The boat dock was a fun start and ending to our day on the lake! We really appreciated the main level deck and spent evenings and early mornings enjoying it. Thank you for sharing your home!

Beautiful home
We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home! Besides a broken ping pong table, the only negative was the golf cart provided for the very long, treacherous trek to the dock/lake. The older members of our group were unable to physically walk the extreme incline/decline hills with the narrow, uneven & partially gravel path. The golf cart was clearly very old and unsafe. We had to jump off and grab the side more than once to prevent it from tipping and rolling down the hills (the tires are old and designed for a nice flat golf course, not "off-roading"). We also had to push the golf cart partially up the hill several times because it just couldn't make it and it even rolled back onto my sister's leg causing a huge painful bruise! This golf cart is not just an inconvenience; it is truly unsafe and scary.

"We recently had the most amazing stay at this beautiful lake house with a group of 23 people, and it exceeded all our expectations! The location was perfect, offering serene views and a peaceful atmosphere. The house itself was brand new and impeccably clean, with gorgeous decor that added to the charm of the space. One of the highlights was the ample space the house provided - we never felt crowded with our large group. The layout was perfect, with three separate living rooms equipped with TVs, ideal for everyone to relax and hang out. The host was incredibly responsive, addressing any queries promptly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The amenities at the house were fantastic; from the variety of board games to the ping pong table in the game room, there was no shortage of entertainment options. We also loved spending time on the three spacious porches, enjoying the outdoor fireplace and fire pit. The kitchen was a dream, spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for cooking meals for our group. It had everything we needed and more. We are already planning our next trip back to this wonderful place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. Perfect property for a larger group
Great place to stay for a 3 generation family over Thanksgiving weekend. We loved all of the bedrooms with their own bathrooms, the multiple living areas, and the kitchen is perfect. Not only is the kitchen large with double appliances, but it was very well stocked both for cooking and serving. We had great weather for using the covered outside top deck with fireplace. Loved sitting out there. It's a steep hike down to the water, but the golf cart made it fun. The owners were very quick to answer questions.

This was a beautiful lake house and really enjoyed staying here to celebrate a 40th birthday with my family! It was very clean, and well stocked! My family is very large and it fit us all perfectly! Summer Lake Vacation with friends
House was great. The kitchen and bedrooms had everything we needed. The deck furniture on the 1st deck was not comfortable. The furniture on the second deck was much more comfortable. The golf cart was not sufficient for the group we had. The golf cart was a scary ride to where the dock was located. The ride/walk down to the dock was not safe. There was no handrail on part of the stairs down to the dock. We rented a pontoon boat and had everyone go to the place that we rented the pontoon to get a safe board to the pontoon boat instead of the boat dock.

Great relaxing family/friend Vacation Stay
The house was as advertised. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of space indoor and out to relax for quiet time or enjoy social time with a large group. The dock space was great for two boats and swimming on a quiet section of the lake. We would stay here again. Our group included 3 families with teenagers and young adults.

Great lake home for a large group!
4 generations - We came from different parts of Ohio. We had the best time. The house was wonderful, lots of space for everyone! They had everything you could need in the kitchen, so preparing meals was easy. Having a golf cart made it easy to get down to the lake! My 83 year old mom was with us. The dock was great and family members loved having access to kayaks and a paddleboard. We rented a pontoon from Sugar Hollow marina and they delivered it to the dock Michelle was very easy to work with when booking the house. Communication was great! We would highly recommend this house for your lake vacation.

We loved our stay here! The house was perfect for our whole family. We loved the space, the decks, the fully equipped kitchen, the large table for meals, and the dock and lake fun! Extended family fun at the lake!
Great time shared with family in this beautiful home on Norris Lake. Really enjoyed the dock with the slide and jumping platform. House easily accommodated our 15 adults and 8 kids. The beds were very comfortable and the kids loved the hot tub and games on the lower level. Don't miss out on taking a leap from the nearby jumping bridge. Suggest bringing in bagged ice as refrigerators are not able to keep up with large groups. Owners very responsive to issues. Overall, excellent stay and would highly consider booking again in the future.

2023 Sandusky Family vacation
The house was amazing. Perfect for our needs. We have 9 kids 3-11 and they had the downstairs with room to spare. The other 2 levels were perfect for the adults. The hot tub and fire pit were also very nice. Needed the fire pit this week as it was cooler and rainy. Kitchen was fantastic. I would recommend Seas the Day to any group that needs the space. It was perfect for us. Lora if games provided as well. The kids loved the ping pong the most. Will definitely stay again. Thank you for a great vacation. Norris Lake is amazingly beautiful and a wonderful place to vacation.

The house was perfect for our family of 18. There really isn’t anything we would want differently. The house was clean, well equipped, the golf cart made it very easy to get down to the lake (easier than if we had one of the houses down by the water). Overall, it was an amazing trip and wonderful home. We were a group of 18 adults and one toddler. We used the entire house and no more than two adults shared a room and their own bathroom. Everyone loved that! The kitchen was wonderful for cooking large meals and we were never tight on space anywhere. We rented a pontoon for 5 days and a jet ski for two. Between those and the kayaks, the dock was well used. The owner was quick to reply and address any issues we had. We would definitely come back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cabin. Well equip with everything you could ever want. The kitchen was fabulous with any and all gadgets you would want. Rooms were very comfortable and every closet had the most comfortable, warm blankets! A particular shout-out for the outside swing which could be used as a bed -- loved it! The only downside is that the property wasn't directly on the water but, with outside temp in the 40s it wasn't a big deal for anyone. Beautiful cabin and we thank you for sharing it with my family!

Our group had such a wonderful stay…in spite of rain the entire time! Our ages range from early teens through 50+. All of us agreed Seas the Day was the perfect choice for our trip! The description and all the pictures are completely accurate. The house is beautiful! It’s always a nice change when appliances, switches, etc work as they’re supposed to! Communication with Michelle couldn’t have been any easier or more pleasant! Michelle, THANK YOU for clear and easy communication! That goes a long way when so many other responsibilities are weighing on my mind. Our whole group is hoping to return next year and already looking forward to it!

We had approximately 35 folks in attendance with 26 staying overnight. The property was perfect for my purpose, plenty of room for dancing, sleeping, eating and everyone loved the outdoor spaces.
