"A shout out to Carlos Paillard, the desk clerk when we checked in. He informed us that there was a special religious procession that would bring a float, containing a statue of the Virgin Mary, to a church across the street. He said that it would happen around 1-2 am. It actually happened around 3-4 am. Even though it was in the middle of the night, we were happy to have seen it, We are especially happy that he informed us, so we weren’t awakened by it, not knowing what was going on. I left a hearing aid in our room. I was already in Granada, when I discovered that it was missing. I called the hotel. I was pleased that Housekeeping had already found it and sent it to the front desk. I was able to make arrangements to get it forwarded to my next stop in Barcelona. The location was great, and we enjoyed the bar/restaurant. "

"This hotel is ideally situated for the old town of Seville. We found it to be clean and modern, with most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. The breakfasts are amazing and well worth the additional cost. All the staff we talked to were very friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommended on our experience."

"This was a a great choice of hotel for a stay in Seville - A really sensible price, in the heart of the old town area Santa Cruz, full of local character, rather than that dreadful "hotel chain" conformity where you could be anywhere in the world, clean, air-con that worked, welcoming, decent rooms, really friendly and helpful desk staff and housekeepers, fabulous breakfast buffet for a really reasonable extra charge, and all the tourist spots were within easy walking minutes. And the cafe/ bar right outside the hotel was a great place for food and drinks and was never noisy. One suggestion - a kettle and two cups for we British who like our tea. I think these would be available had we asked. I'd instantly recommend this hotel to anyone. We could not have been happier with our choice. Thank you Jaime and your team."
