"We would recommend this property based on its location, cleanliness, spaciousness and comfort. It feels safe and it’s a good location for the old town. It’s also great to walk towards Montcalm, which is more residential and has a local population and the Art Museum is nearby. The Rue de St Jean towards the west has more restaurants and is much less touristy. "Not in the best location as others have said, due to there not being many restaurants or stores nearby and due to the amount of homeless people around, we didn’t feel comfortable coming or going after dark. Apartment was great, very quiet and all amenities you could need available. We did Uber eats one night and cooked the second night "

"This location is perfect! Walk along the lower corridors of Old Quebec, walk up to the top by the Parliament and down into the city, either no more than 20minutes with sites and shops along the way. And for an added change hit the local shops and restaurants along Charest or close by or simply hit other local shops just up the hill. Add the perfect condo with rooftop ambience and you have the perfect getaway!"
