"Loved the place. First floor was nice. Several dining options nearby as well as grocery and liquor store. A bit of a walk to Old Town but not unreasonable. Nicely stocked kitchen, Ikea like furnishings, clean and quiet. Some homeless around but not any more than other big cities and never felt unsafe. Definitely recommend."

"We chose this apartment because it would be walkable to what we wanted to visit in Quebec City and had plenty of space for our group of 5 adults. We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment had so much charm and was located right on a beautiful park that was covered in snow when we arrived. The holiday touches, like snowmen on the front porch and a tree in the living room, made our stay even more special. Highly recommend!"

"Not in the best location as others have said, due to there not being many restaurants or stores nearby and due to the amount of homeless people around, we didn’t feel comfortable coming or going after dark. Apartment was great, very quiet and all amenities you could need available. We did Uber eats one night and cooked the second night "

"The loft is clean, beautiful, and well-furnished. The building is old so there is some natural wear and tear but that only adds to the charm. The soundproofing is okay, not terrible, but you can hear other guests walking up the stairs and some minimal noise from the street. The kitchen has plenty of utensils, cups, plates, cookware, and small appliances, but the stovetops are quite worn and the teapot is badly rusted. There are no filters for the coffee maker, sponges, or paper towels, so you'll...
