Des travaux encore !!!. Dommage que le nouveau propriétaire n'est pas encore fini de réformer l'hôtel de manière satisfaisante. Je ne sais pas si tout sera prêt pour la saison touristique? ? Vérifier avant de réserver. Car il y a encore beaucoup de disfonctionnements dans les installations. (Problèmes: d'électricité de chauffage de TV de Wi-Fi de l'eau qui tombe du plafond de la salle d'eau etc...) Et en plus pas de facture et pas de petit déjeuner. Je ne recommande pas en l'état actuel...

Experiencia bastante mala en este hotel, ya que en pleno invierno la ducha no tenía agua caliente. La verdad es que llegar al hotel y no poder ducharte un 31 de diciembre pues es muy vergonzoso. Además tampoco tuvieron la decencia de avisarnos ni de ofrecernos una alternativa, a la mañana siguiente sí se disculparon pero el daño ya estaba hecho. No creo que vuelva nunca. Ya sé que es un extra pero tampoco había televisión en la habitación alegando que se había estropeado.

Hotel agradable, cerca de la playa. La habitacion estaba bien, pero pasamos un poco de frío, aunque tuvimos el aparato del aire caliente encendido. Las paredes y el fondo del armario estaban húmedos. Por la mañana el agua caliente de la ducha se termninó enseguida. Creo que es mejor ir en verano.

El ascensor no funcionaba. En una habitación no salia agua caliente en la ducha debido un fallo en el grifo termostatico. Debido a la fuerte lluvia entró agua en una habitacion. El recepcionista lo intento solucionar. El recepcionista fue muy atento.

Après un accueil très décevant car la direction voulait nous donner une chambre sans chauffage en plein mois de novembre (1/2 heure de négociation), nous avons finalement obtenu gain de cause et le reste du séjour s’est bien passé. Hôtel 1 étoile avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Il faut juste rappeler au directeur qu’il est normal d’avoir une chambre chauffée quand il fait froid dehors.

Il y a surement mieux à l'Escala !!!!
j'ai réservé 3 chambres pour un groupe, les 2 chambres pour 2 couples étaient correctes par contre la chambre pour 4 c'était du bricolage avec un lit d'appoint pour 2 personnes, l'accueil est moyen c'était fermé à 19h30 et il a fallut téléphoner pour obtenir la clé, j'ai demandé une facture ils m'ont qu'ils me l'enverraient!!!!!
