The key card didn’t work 3 times in the 7 days I was there, annoying to go back down over 29 floors in a small cramped elevator to get it fixed then head back on that elevator. "The location is convenient, close by to transport & amenities. It's our 2nd stay here before it's rebranded with a scaled down service. They do not provide bottled water/teas, does come with kettle, mugs & fridge. It's no frills, clean, very compact but comfortable. A Hong Kong delight

"It was a beautiful modern hotel. Staff was very helpful. The breakfast and dinner buffets were quite impressive. If you book directly with the hotel, your breakfast is included. Unfortunately, not included with Hotels.com. senior discount made the buffet $20/pp at the hotel. Well worth it. I would happily stay there again. Within walking distance to restaurants, incredible grocery store shops and subway station. "

"The check in staff was really helpful and let us checked in early. All the other staff were courteous and helpful too. The room space was tight. There was no space to open up our luggage. We only managed because it was only a one night’s stay. The location is also not desirable. It’s right across the market. We had a room on the 29th floor facing the harbour but could still here the traffic at night."
