"今回は私のお気に入りホテルVilla Fontainにアメリカからの御客様14名宿泊させました。御客様方はホテルの綺麗さとVilla Fontainの従業員の接客に「このホテルは素晴らしい」と皆おっしゃっていました。私は何度も温泉初体験の御客様に「コノHotelの温泉は清潔で綺麗なので入るべき！」と言たのですが、約8名の方が興味深く感じたようで温泉の入り方を説明した上で入浴し、とても素敵な経験に感動したとおっしゃっていました。私も入浴したのですが、数年前と比べ中国人や韓国人が増えた分歯を磨いた置きっぱなしの歯ブラシが湯船に置きっぱなしになったり、使いぱなしのタオルが湯船の近くに置いてあるのが不潔で不快でした。髪の毛が長い人は髪を結ぶ事もしない方が沢山いて、長い髪を湯船につからせて浮いた状態の親子までもいました。長い髪が何本も湯船に浮いて汚かったので、髪の毛の長い方は結ぶように指示するべきと感じます。清潔で素晴らしい温泉を維持するのは非常に困難だとは思いますが、今後もこちらのホテルに大切な御客様を連れて来たいので、是非頑張って下さい🙇‍♀️宜しくお願い致します。"

"Fabulous hotel. Excellent facilities. Room huge and really comfortable. 5 mins to station then 10 mins on train to Tokyo station. Food im hotel for evening meal was amazing and Skippers Burger restaurant 5 min walk away does the best burgers ive ever had. Would definitely recommend a stay in this hotel for a holiday in Japan. "

"The hotel is huge!! So overwhelming but so cool!! There is a aquarium, tennis court, bowling and a ton of shopping to do around the hotel other then that not much to do around the area but it’s right next to the station so that’s very nice pro about this place. Staff was very nice and helpful. I would recommend and it’s not a bad price either! "

"This is our second time here. Love the free shuttle. Hiro the manager let us move to a different room that can accommodate our family. We got the same room as last year. We had a hard time using the laundry service this time of the year because more people were using it but I'm happy that the service is available. "
