"First of all, I've been to Japan 4 times. This is the 8th hotel I've stayed in, while in Japan. This hotel is nicely situated, very quiet area, considering it's near busy Tsukiji and Ginza. Train station is at least a 10-minute walk. But if you like walking, it’s a great area to walk leisurely, with a lot of interesting places to see along the way to and from the station and hotel. The room was cool and beds were comfortable, hot shower with amazing water pressure. It is walkable to and from the monorail or you can take the free bus.
