"This is a very spacious and luxurious flat. It was exactly as listed. The owner Joy and the on-site contact was very responsive. Check in and check out was very easy. It was vey clean and had all the amenities for the stay. Location was very good and there is plenty of parking with great views of the backwaters from every room We very much enjoyed our stay and will stay here again. "The property is spacious very traditional look tall ceilings large bathrooms. Powerful ac in bedrooms and good fans in the living area. It is well located in the center of fort in a tucked away area. We slept amazingly well and the chef Vishnu took care of all our dietary needs and prepared wonderful Indian meals. Breakfast and dinner. We could not stop eating. Ram the on-site manager of the property took care of our city tour arranged swimming pool in Taj resort helped with tickets for dance...

"We had a great stay at Shamil's villa, a comfortable and spacious property with easy access to the beach. Shamil is an excellent host and responded quickly to any questions or queries during our stay. Varghese, the caretaker, also lives nearby and is always happy to help. It was easy to contact a recommended tuk tuk driver and visit local restaurants, shops etc. We particularly recommend a day boat trip to the backwaters during your stay."

"A comfortable stay with really good food! The 2 bedroom suites are great when you’re traveling with family, as there is a large living area to get together. The only problem we encountered was with extremely loud music coming from an adjoining property. I guess there was very little our hotel could do about that!"
