Service and cleanliness was terrible. The location was good. I will never stay there again.

Horrible hotel with no hot water and leaky toilets
First room we were put in had cockroaches in the bathroom, the second had toilet water pouring all over the floor and the third had a toilet that wouldnt flush. None had hot water.
The beds were terrible and only one thin sheet and small pillow were provided.
Breakfast was a weird chocolate spread toastie thing and a glass of hot sweet tea.
We left after only 2 days of a 7 day reservation.
Staff were friendly but couldnt make up for the lack of any facilities. Pictures are deceiving as the place needs a lot of work.

Location Close to Shopping Area in Kuta
Facility is very low, shower unworking. But bed is wide and can sleep well.

Pretty awful
No WiFi, no breakfast as advertised. we got this on a reward nite and what a waste. smelly room, had to change. Owned would not give wifi code for hotel network and next morn no breakfast even though it said free breakfast on booking. Travelling Asia for last 3 months and this is up there with the worst rooms we have experienced. Hotel.com need to either check the hotels on their site for accuracy or remove this one as it was a complete hole, false advertising and a waste of our rewards nite. Would not recommend!!
