"The property was not cleaned when I checked in. There was a dirty pillow that made me hesitant to sleep, and the blankets smelled strongly of sweat and were not washed. The floors were covered in hair and dust, the washer was unclean, and the table hadn’t been wiped down. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, especially since the place itself is nice. I was asked to email them with pictures, but the owner didn’t offer a new place and mentioned that the cleaner wasn’t available at...

"The property was recommended on social media. Very comfortable and home-like. The place is on a quiet side street near to many convenience stores and walking distance to Hakata Station and paid parking. They could improve their internet speed as our unit connection was very slow. Not good for streaming videos. As well some of the filters and fans in the bathroom need a little more attention, but that is a small detail. Overall though we would comeback again. "

"The check-in was a different location than the property which made it more difficult because I had to find 2 different places in a foreign country where I don't read the language very well. The rules about sorting garbage was a little frustrating. If they would like customers to sort garbage then they need to provide garbage bags and instructions clearly how it should be sorted"

"Absolute worst service, they would not help us, treating our family like we we're invisible, it's inhumane. We stayed for over 9 days and yet they just left us to live or die on our own. They only give you 4 paper plates, and 4 disposable chopsticks, almost everyday we ran out and they would not bring any until 2-3 days later. When we ran out of shower gel, asked them to bring more, yet when we returned at night there was none. We couldn't even shower! I complained and ask them to come...
