"Nice hotel with great location in the sumida neighborhood. The staff were excellent. The rooms were dated but clean. A little bit pricey for the quality, but we did stay over new years, so it was expected. We did not realize this was a Disney partner property when we booked it, so there were more children than expected."

"It is truly very clean. I love the personal pajamas laid out on our bed every evening. I accidentally scratched my finger and they immediately took out their first aid kit. So helpful with directions and recommendations. The only thing is - the rooms are tiny and we booked a room for 3..and with 3 beds in one room- there was no space for all our suitcases. The food was good - but it was the same thing ever single day for the 7 days we were there...Overall, I would still recommend this place. "

"This is a great hotel if you know that you will be a little distant from the Shinjuku Station complex. It has a great vibe, cool restaurant, and is right in front of Shinjuku Chuo Park. My room was relatively spacious, and it had great amenities. I only wish I had utilized more. "
