"It very nice scenery. I like the place and the staff is very friendly. The restaurant food is good. The hotel is on top of the hill and the road to the hotel is very narrow and scary. Bad thing is some rooms don’t have bathroom in it and was shared bathroom & toilet with all other rooms."

"事前にルツェルンからのシャトルバスがあるのかをメール問い合わせしましたが、返信が来たのは問い合わせから3日後でした。 メール内容は、平日は30分毎、土日は、そんなに頻繁にはないとの回答で、私たちは、日曜だったので、たまたま電車で行くことにしましたが、ホテル到着後、シャトルバスの運行そのものをしていないと言われびっくりしました。 代わりに滞在中のクリエンスからルツェルン間の無料パスは、もらいましたが、いったいどなたが、メール返信していたのか、驚きました。 あと１つ不満だったのは、夜の9:00に到着したら、チェックインに、45分待たされました。 中には、ホテルのタオルが交換されていなかったとかクレームしている他国の方もいてフロントの人手不足を感じました。 ..."

"On our way from Tirol to Grindelwald by car, we drop by Luzern as it was right place have rest. Since it was difficult to find a hotel with parking space near the city center, we stayed this hotel and it was good.
